Emory Midtown Parking Deck
PROJECT DETAILS
Job Requirements
Green Circle was contracted to make way for a new 18-Story parking structure to support the current and expanding Emory Midtown Campus. This project was the first step in the $400M+ Emory Winship Cancer Development. Green Circle beat the expected seven week schedule by a week and was able to provide enough crushed aggregate to eliminate the need for any imported stone for the crane pads and temporary site stabilization. The upper portion of the site was selectively cut and separated from the lower portion of the site by one of our best trade partners, B&D Concrete Cutting. We were able to utilize some of our specialized recycling equipment from Browns Mill Recycling, a sister company, to process and ship materials direct from the site increasing commodity values and reducing the need to transport the materials two times.
