Project Details
Overview
Green Circle was contracted to provide demolition of all site structures
and removal of 110,000 YDS of lime from a
former acetylene manufacturing facility on the Beltline in Atlanta, GA.
The project included the recycling of all lime into agricultural uses
to neighboring farms. The demolition of all former manufacturing
structures, clearing and grubbing, and installation of all initial and
intermediate erosion control was also performed for the owners. This
project involved careful initial planning with ownership and local
regulatory agencies to make sure the project complied with federal
and local regulations and the GA Brownfield program. This site will
become a mixed use multi family development delivering in 2022.
