Job Requirements
There are few clients more demanding that the US Army Corps of Engineers. Working on and around active military operations always takes additional planning and careful coordination efforts. The removal of asbestos containing materials on an active military base adds an additional layer of risk that must be mitigated prior to the job start. We spent considerable time with all stakeholders involved to create a logistics and safety plan to ensure the success of the overall project.
Solutions/Requirement Challenges
Green Circle was contracted to perform interior demolition and asbestos abatement at Robins AFB for a competing demolition contractor in the Orlando area, Pece of Mind Demolition. While many companies would never work for a competitor, about 15% of our annual revenues come from projects contracted with our direct competitors. Having expertise in environmental, selective demolition, wrecking, materials recovery, etc combined with multistate licensing allows us to fill in scope gaps for some of our respected competitors. We will continue to partner with and learn from our competitive set while continually providing the highest level of service to the end users.
