Dave and Busters
Amazon Last Mile Conversion
PROJECT DETAILS
Job Requirement
This former Dave and Busters and PGA Superstore retail center was converted by Arco Design Build into a 125,000SF Amazon last mile facility. The schedule for this conversion was extremely aggressive and Green Circle crews worked six days per week, ten to twelve hours per day to complete the project on time. We utilized some larger excavators indoors to expedite the bulk demolition after our interior crews finished preparing the site. All ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as the concrete were recycled. The scope also called for the removal of all adhesives, thin set, and grout bed within the spaces. We utilized specialized floor grinding equipment to get the slabs ready to receive new finishes. Green Circle has continually excelled at projects that require a combination of skilled equipment operators and crews to perform the more selective and sensitive portions of the project. This project provided Green Circle the opportunity to utilize our wholly owned subsidiary, Green Circle Transportation, and our primary secondary metals recycling yard, Browns Mill Recycling. This vertical integration allowed Green Circle to control the project from start to finish.
