The Mall at Turtle Creek
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas
Scope of Work:
Green Circle was contracted to perform the cleanup, surgical separation, and structural demolition of a 250,000sf area of the tornado-damaged Turtle Creek Mall. The work area was surrounded by active mall space adding to the complexity of this project. Green Circle utilized surgical hand demolition methods to successfully separate 2,000lf of mall structure from buildings to remain. Once the structure was safely separated from buildings to remain, Green Circle utilized hydraulic excavators to safely pull-down and separate the structure into organized waste streams to include inert debris, C&D, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The horizontal demolition included slab, footings, loading docks, ramps, and associated sidewalk(s). Once completed the area was rough graded to drain prior to handing over to our client.
