Job Requirements
Green Circle was able to win this project by hedging the values on the recyclable materials contained within the building. This process provided a significant credit to ownership and allowed Green Circle the assurance that the commodity risk was removed from the job. Our skilled wrecking crews followed our abatement crew immediately after clearance was issued. We disposed of all universal waste and some mixed drums of materials left by the former user. The concrete crushing operations performed by Green Circle resulted in almost $200,000 of materials savings to the overall job. All crushed material was used as base rock beneath the new parking areas.
